Nine Japanese companies launched the Ship Carbon Recycling Working Group within the CCR Study Group to explore methanation technology for zero-emission ship fuels. The group aims to assess the feasibility of a carbon recycling supply chain to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in sea transportation.
